As far as air fryers go, this model would usually sit on the pricier side, but thanks to Amazon’s early Prime Day sales it’s now $69.99 (was $149.99) — knocking off 58%, and saving you $80. Right now, it’s much better value than it was even during last year’s Prime Day and Black Friday events, and I’m confident you’ll be getting your money’s worth. View Deal Over the last two years, the Instant Vortex Plus has been my absolute best friend in the kitchen. As far as its cooking abilities go, its six presets (Air Fry, Broil, Dehydrate, Crisp, Roast, Reheat, and Bake) open the doors for you to whip up an endless roster of meals. No fiddling around with the temperature and timer settings — just tap a button and it does it for you. It’s a six-quart air fryer, so it can fit a fair amount of food. I own the slightly smaller version of this model, and one of my favorite things to cook are chicken thighs, and I’ve been able to fit up to six at a time and it still produces crispy yet succulent results every time. And to add to that, you really don’t need a lot of oil for it to work its magic, making it a reliably healthy option. As I’ve mentioned, I own the smaller version of the Vortex and I can already fit a decent amount of food in its basket. But its larger sibling has even room, so you can fit in enough food for the whole family. It does take up some space on the countertop, but serves as a solid cooking appliance if you’ve got the room.
